  • When will my order ship?

Our current processing time is 1-3 weeks. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, some products take longer to make than others. Orders of multiple items will ship once the entire order is complete.

  • Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancelations?

All sales are final! Since most items are custom made just for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancelations. We hope that you love your order, but please reach out to us if you have any issues or concerns.

  • What if my order is damaged/lost/stolen?

We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely. Unfortunately sometimes things happen that are out of our control. If you have issuses with shipping, you will need to file a claim with USPS for a refund. You can file your claim online here. You may be instructed to bring the package to your local post office for inspection. DO NOT ship the item back to us or throw any contents of the package away, as that will void your claim. 

  • Is your shop vegan and eco-friendly?

Yes! We're always striving to reduce our carbon footprint. We use recycled and biodegradable packaging as often as possible. All of our products are made with plant-based and cruelty-free materials. Even our taxidermy is ethically sourced.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We may consider international orders again after the pandemic calms down.
