When will my order ship?

As a small, one-person owned business orders take a little longer to ship out. Our current processing time is about 1-2 weeks. Once it's shipped, you'll get an email from us with the tracking number. Custom items such as mystery bundles and deity candles may take up to an extra 2 weeks, but usually less.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. Since most of our items are made to order just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We hope that you love your order. But please reach out to us if you have any issues or concerns and we'll do our best to fix it!

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations may be requested within 48 hours of purchase. All cancellations will be charged a $5 restocking fee, to be taken out of the refund. By placing an order you certify that you agree to this policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, due to ongoing tarrifs and new GPSR requirements we've made the decision to pause international shipping. But you can still purchase digital downloads of our zines through our Etsy shop. Thank you to any international customers for your support and understanding during these times. 

What if my order is damaged, lost, or stolen?

We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely. Unfortunately sometimes things happen that are out of our control. We are not responsible for orders once they're shipped. If you have any issuses with shipping, it's best to contact USPS directly. All packages include insurance. So if your order is lost or damaged you can file a claim with USPS here.

Why does my USPS tracking says "returned to sender"?

If the shipping information you provide is incorrect, USPS will send your package back to us. To ensure your package arrives safely please provide accurate shipping details at checkout. When we recieve a returned package, the order will be refunded minus the shipping cost and a $5 restocking fee. We typically don't reship returned packages unless you purchase additional shipping.

Are your crystals ethically sourced?

We do our best to ensure our crystals are as ethical as possible. As of 2024 we only buy from suppliers that are certified by the American Gem Trade Association, a nonprofit that sets ethical standards in the crystal industry. This means that they're consious of their supply chain and what mining practices are used. Some crystals in our shop (such as Carribean Calcite and Sea Jasper) are old stock purchased between 2021-2023. Once they sell out we will not be restocking them for ethical reasons.

I'm allergic to certain herbs. Can I still order your spell oils, bath blends, etc?

If you have any allergies to herbs or essential oils, let us know in the comment box at checkout. We can change the ingredients in almost every product to be better suited for you. But please keep in mind that they will be made in an environment that is not completely allergen-free.

Is your shop vegan and eco-friendly?

Yes! Over the Moon magic is run by a vegan witch and we're always striving to reduce our carbon footprint. We use recycled and biodegradable packaging as often as possible. All of our products are made with plant-based and cruelty-free materials.
