Orders take 10-14 business days to complete before being shipped out. Once it's shipped, you'll receieve an email from us with the tracking number. Custom items such as mystery bundles and deity candles may take an extra 5 days. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days since the post office is closed.
• Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancelations?All sales are final! Since most of our items are made to order just for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. We hope that you love your order, but please reach out to us if you have any issues or concerns and we'll do our best to fix it.
• Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We finally offer shipping to the EU, UK, Canada, and Australia. We ship international orders via GlobalPost to offer you the most affordable shipping prices. To place an international order simply use the checkout on our website. If you do not see your country listed on the site, please send us an email telling us the items you want and your country/postal code, so we can look into a shipping estimate for you.
• What if my order is damaged, lost, or stolen?We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely. Unfortunately sometimes things happen that are out of our control. We are not responsible for orders once they're shipped. If you have issuses with shipping, you will need to contact USPS.
If you chose insured shipping at checkout, you can file a USPS claim for damaged packages online here. You may be instructed to bring the package to your local post office for inspection. DO NOT ship the item back to us or throw any contents of the package away, as that will void your claim.
• What if my USPS tracking says "returned to sender"?
If the shipping information you provide is incorrect, USPS will return your package to us. It is the buyers responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping information so your package can arrive safely. We do not reship returned packages. When we recieve a RTS, the order will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
Yes! We're always striving to reduce our carbon footprint. We use recycled and biodegradable packaging as often as possible. All of our products are made with plant-based and cruelty-free materials.
• I'm allergic to certain herbs. Can I still order your spell oils, bath blends, etc?
If you have any allergies to herbs or essential oils, please let us know in the comment box at checkout! We can change the herbs in almost every product to be better suited for you. But please keep in mind that they will be made in an environment that is not allergen-free.
